In 1955, two brothers-in -law, Harry Winouker and Bill Rosenberg, broke off their partnership, each to begin his own chain of coffee and doughnut shops.

Harry founded Mister Donut and Bill founded Dunkin Donuts.

Mr. Winouker's began selling doughnuts on the streets of Boston. His products were met with great demand that he began to deliver his doughnuts to office workers in Boston's downtown. Eventually, Mister Donut business that began as an ambulant store became a retail store, selling more than 35 kinds of doughnuts, baked goods……and also a special blend of coffee which was regarded by many as the world's best.

Today Mister Donut is one of the largest doughnut chains in the world and a respected leader in the license industry with over 5500 shops especially in Asia. This growth reflects the popularity of our quality products and service, their worldwide acceptance and their potential success.

As a result, Mister Donut is offering License rights to qualified individuals or organizations who have the financial resources and infrastructures needed to support the development of multiple shop locations in their country upon the terms and conditions of a Country License Agreement.

Licensees obtain an Exclusive Country License to operate in accordance with a system developed by the company for producing quality doughnuts, muffins, cookies, brownies, pastry, hot and cold drinks, juices, sandwiches and other products, referred to as “ The Mister Donut System”.

Distinguishing characteristics of Mister Donut system include unique design, color scheme and layout; signs, emblems, trade marks; methods of preparing and merchandising products; and the use of specially prepared ingredients and recipes.

Space Requirement: 2 - 2.5 sqm.
Franchise Fee: Php 50,000

Apart from this fee, franchisees also have to pay the following cost depending on the store type:
  • Cart: P200,000 to P300,000
  • Take-out Booth: minimum of P400,000
  • Dine-In: minimum of P650,000
The franchise cost already includes the cart, equipment, small wares, POS tablet, and two (2) sets of crew uniform.

 Application Requirements
Applicants need to submit a duly signed Letter of Intent addressed to the Franchise Management Department (fms@misterdonut.ph) containing the following information:
  • Applicant’s interest to be a franchisee of Mister Donut
  • Applicant’s address, contact numbers and e-mail
  • Proposed location address and vicinity map
  • Site pictures
